We are able to help your company establish a quality management system as the foundation of your business. This will be designed to integrate ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, Lean, Six Sigma and Leadership programs. Once these systems have been implemented and are working in harmony, we will achieve a High Performance Management System.
During the design and development phase of the quality management system, we use the following tools
- SWOT analysis
- Risk assessments (DFMEA, FMEA, and PFMEA)

The implementation phase includes, gap audits, template design, Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Product Part Approval Process (PPAP), Process maps, Manufacturing Control Plans, Key Performance Measures and other relevant processes.
The system is controlled and measured using adhoc and planned audits to establish the effectiveness and efficiency of specific processes to the target objectives.
The findings are communicated to the responsible process owners to highlight non-conformance’s.
Corrective actions are undertaken to address non-conformance’s and improvement is driven through lean principles focusing on the reduction of waste, six sigma programs in minimizing variation, and basic work study techniques to improve methods.
